So. I’ve always wanted abs, but I’ve never invested enough time into my diet to get them, (from what I’ve heard, fitness= 70% diet+ 30% exercise) so this summer, I’ve started a portion control diet.
I like it because it makes you eat lots of vegetables (at least one salad a day), and you end up eating whole, healthy food instead of, say potato chips.
Will it work? I’ll have to get back to you in a few weeks 😉
